An unexpected evening

Nucleo stood up

Tala looked up to him calmly yet confussed.

Nucleo began to walk away

Tala quickly got up and dashed after him holding the sleeve of his jacket "Wait there's something want to know!" she said firmly.

He turned his head to her

"If there was no Team Genesis or you weren't a part of it, would we have been together as a family? Would you have been there for us when we needed something a stupid as a hug or something?" she asked with pleading tear filled eyes thinking of how much she really needed a hug right then.

Nucleo had a serioud look on his face but then seen the tears in his daughter's eyes and gave her a gentle smile and a nod.

"Then why do it? You left us and then we fell apart, our family not really a family because of team Genesis..."_ looking to the ground tears steamed down her face. Band hopped down to the ground stepping away to watch what would happen.

Nucleo was tempted to comfort her but decided against it in case her pokémon attacked him he gave a bit of a frown "Tala....i'll tell you this now.....if i didn't take over team genesis,they would've made me leave your lives in a worse way..." He said hiding his eyes

Band walked away heading to Tala's dorm to wait for her there. Tala choked back some more tears giving a terrified shiver "I wouldn't have cared!" she called out.

Nucleo sighed and proceeded to walk away

"I didn't care when Cyto scarred me for life with that dagger, all I wanted was my family together and if you walk away again then you might as well walk away from our family all together! I can forgive you walking away once but not twice..." she shouted between sobs more than loudly enough for him to hear.

Nucleo flinched and turned around he walked a bit forward before sitting down against the same rock as before with hidden eyes

"The worst pain you can ever leave a child with is to take away their family, to leave them without a mother or father. You done that to us both. I wouldn't have minded it just being me but Draco too? To let him think his mother was dead then to basically abandon the responsibility of being his father..." hugging her knee she began to sob a bit to let some of the tears go away.

Nucleo hid his eyes "do you REALLY wanna know why i agreed to it in the first place?" He said edging towards Tala with a gentle look in his eyes

Tala gave a nod scared to look up to him in case he thought of her as weak.

Nucleo hugged his daughter and stroked her hair to try and make her feel a bit better

Tala looked up to him confussed then burried her head on the chest sobbing.

Nucleo continued stroking her hair "you see Tala...have you-?" He then heard something on his wrist beep

Tala stopped crying and turned to the beeping object "What is it?" she asked.

Nucleo let go of Tala and pulled down his jacket sleeve to reveal a metal handcuff-like bracelet with a flashing red light "listen Tala,i have to go"

"This time, not by choice? Alright...I can forgive that...Just look after my big brother!" she muttered looking down.

Nucleo leaned in and gave her a his on the forehead "one word,skitso-" he was teleported away before he could finish

When he was gone Tala heard someone coming looking over it was Ty her Typhlosion who walked over to her giving her a hug. Tala dried her eyes, she now knew Nucleo wasn't who she seen him as, he was a person with feelings like everyone else. Taking a deep breath she stood up as Ty let go of her and he lit his flame and began to lead the way back. "Now I need to ask Mito what he was about to say, and if I'm right, he didn't mean to do what he done! And he did want to be there for us!" Tala thought to herself.
