Hiding out 'til sunrise

vanessa smiled and petted band and petey "thank you...thank you for being there for my daughter..."

"An annoying girl but with a heart of gold, if it wasn't for her kindness I wouldn't be there for her!" Band said abruptly "And he's a goodey two shoes who'd protect her without reason!" he added.

Vanessa chuckled

Tala rolled over hugging Band like a teddy. Petey gave a chuckle as Band tried to get away but soon gave up on that idea. "We'll see you in the morning!" Band groaned.

Vanessa giggled and sat in a chair next to Tala's bed,after about half an hour she was asleep

Later that morning Tala woke up a bit tired she seen Band asleep in her arms, Petey was asleep with his head crained over the bed and her mother asleep on the chair. She gently sat up putting a blanket over Vanessa and laying in bed.

Vanessa stirred slightly "mmm? t-tala?" she muttered tiredly

Tala gave a smile stroking Band staying quiet.

it was around 9:00am when vanessa woke up

Narri walked over to them with tea in hand. Tala sat up taking a cup. "What time is it?" "9 o'clock am, you've slept in but it's alright!" "Eh! I don't have a class till after lunch today anyway, free period!" Narri rolled her eyes handing Vanessa the other cup of japanese green tea waiting for the 'where's the milk and sugar?'

Vanessa took a sip "ah,this takes me back!"

Narri was plesently surprized. "So are you an aura guardian too?" Narri asked sitting on the bed.

"well..yes,but i'm not fully trained"

"So Tala that means you've beaten your mother when it comes to the progress of your aura training, after all you are fully trainer and have the title correct?" Tala gave a nod "Yeah, but, I don't mind the only reason I trained is to help people!" she said sheepishly.

Vnessa chuckled and sipped at her tea

Tala turned a bit red. "What was Nucleo like that made you fall in love with him?" she asked. Narri became curious as well.

"welll...back in the day,before he took charge of team genesis i mean" she placed her teacup on her lap and clsped her hands "he was always so...romantic,so passionate,so understanding,but he changed after about a month in team genesis..."

"not too long dear,heck i'm not even sure where i could go!" She said with a giggle

"Uncle Darcy loves having guests, you can go stay with him! We can call him at lunch if you want?" Tala offered.

Vanessa nodded

Tala gave a bright smile. "Great, once we're finished we'll give him a call!" Tala said taking another sip of tea. "Neanwhile I will track Nucleo and team Genesis down so I can watch their movements." Narri said calmly.

Vanessa gave Narri a smile "if you think it's necessary dear!" She rubbed her shoulders nervously at the thought of seeing her brother after all these years

"I patrol the area three times a day. Practice my ninjitsu twice a day and even work on the very few spells that I use and so an extra thing to do will be nothing much to my day. Besides I'm putting tracters on them next time I see them!" Narri said not changing her expression. "This is Narri when she Not being paranoid wait until she is being paranoid!" Tala said with a giggle.

Vanessa gave a bit of a chuckle
