A Broken Heart

Harley sat down in the grass thinking about his time in the academy. He layed back and dozed off. Awoke, slept, awoke, it was dull and he wasn't in the best of spirits. He stood up and walked off thinking. He then stopped when he heard someone behind him.

It was Comy."What's wrong?"She asked sympathetically.

He turned and smiled.

"Hey bud, nothings the matter, just... a little tired confused. All that stuff." Harley always liked to see familiar faces. He sat down and thought some more.

"The thing is, the farm back homes been destroyed, and well I dont' know if I should go back and help rebuild or stay."

Comy didn't know what to say.she said,"Well,you should go help.you can always come back when ya finish.what happened?"

Harley shook his head.

"I may not, the farm is literally destoyed. It'll take years to rebuild that barn, patch up the house, help regrow crops. Get more Ponyta and Rpaidash, shoot our Miltank aint doing no good neither."

Comy said,"Well,you should still help.you can ask your friends here to visit sometime.

Harley nodded.

"Well if you want you can come too, maybe help we could do with the extra hands." Harley joked.

"Sure,"Comy said,shrugging,"My pokemon can be pretty reliable when they put their minds to it."

Harley looked at her.

"You wanna help work on a farm?" He asked with a serious expression.

"I lived on a farm back in hoen,"She said,remebering her torchic farm and oran berry fields.

Harely shrugged okay. Harley sent out Alakazam. They were flashed immediatley to a large ranch that was in the forests inbetween Pallet and Viridian.

"Ma, Pa!" Harley ran inside happily.

Comy stood outside and looked around.

Unfortunatley there was't much for her to look at. The crops were destroyed there was not indicationthere had ever been feilds there at all. The barn was a pile of wood and the house needed repairs. The pokemon there were all sick and tired. Harley came back out.

"Alright so pa needs us to run to the market in Viridian for some medicine and woods. Would ya like to come along?" Harley asked as he sattled up the Rapidash and the wagon.

"Sure!Been awhile sense iv been back in viridian,"Comy said.

Harley held out his hand to help her up onto the carriage.

Comy took it and hopped onto the carrage.

Harley instead of whipping the pokemon clapped and the Rapidash were off. He sat back and pulled down his hat.

"It'll be a while for us to get there."

Comy nodded and tried to keep it down incase he was asleep as she looked at the amasing pokemon of the viridian forest.

Harley looked over at her. He couldn't help it.

"I know it's weird to say but... good to be home?" He asked sweetly.

Comy nodded happily.

Harley let his eyes close as they approached Viridian.

Comy looked excitedly to the big city.it was still repairing,but was still bussling with crowds for some reason around the gym.

Harley woke with a fuss. He looked over to the market and he started petting the Rapidash.

"You two do reall good." He looked over at Comy before hopping out he walked over and held up his hand to help her down.

Comy took at and jumped down,petting the rapidash as well."Wonder whats up with the gym?"Comy wondered out aloud.

Harley shrugged.

"Feel free to look It'll take a while for me to get the supplies."
