Petal's days

Petal took her first steps into the big school, clutching her ralts tighter and tighter till it cried out. "sorry clover!" she cried. Her blonde pigtails hung to her knees andshook with her every movement.she fixed her flower ribbons and adjusted her ballerina school skirt. She took a deep breath when a bell rung. "eep!" a bunch of kids stormed out and petal was half of all their heights. "help me! somebody?!"

Hana saw the little girl out of the corner of her eye and immediately whispered something in Bolt's ear. Quick as a flash, the Luxray weaved in and out of the students, making his way to Petal, then protected her from the hurrendous stampede. When the drama had slowly calmed down, Hana made her way over to the little girl. "Hey there, need a hand?" she said as she fiddled with her goggles.

"yes please" Petal said thankfully. "are you okay clover?" the ralts nodded and smiled shyly at the luxray. Petal looked at the girl and smiled."My name is Petal, i just turned 10!" She held up ten fingers.

"Aw, that's great sweetie!" Hana said as she smiled at the little girl. "And that's quite a cute name you got there!". Bolt sat down next to the Ralts while hosting a friendly smile. "Wow Bolt, you sure seem friendly today!" she exclaimed as she patted his head.

"Oh hey Gregg! I was just helping Petal here to get out of the 'student stampede' " she laughed, putting her hands on her hips.

Petal looked up at Hana happily. "Hana? Thank you for my name! or the compliment on my name? You know what I mean!" Petal blushed and looked down at the two pokemon. Clover smiled back at Bolt and sat down.

Hana took off her goggles and put them around Bolt's neck. "I'll let you keep them safe for now" she beamed, watching amusingly at Bolt's many failed attempts at trying to pull them down onto his eyes. After many un-successful tries, he finally did it and turned to face Clover, obviously pleased with his victory and trying to show off a little.

"Woah, your Ralts is so well-behaved!" Hana said in disbelief. "Unlike my Pokémon.." She turned and pointed to Bolt who was rolling around on the floor, still wearing her goggles.

Petal grinned ear to ear."Thanks but Clover is just a sweetie! She probaly woulda curtised anyway! But I think bolts is cute!"

"Aww, thankyou!" Hana chuckled. "By the looks of things, those two are quite good friends..." She turned back to Bolt who was now having a Poké conversation with Clover.

Hana giggled as she watched the two Pokémon interact with one-another, obviously not understanding a word they were saying.

*Pokémon Talk* "Nope! They just make everything look...blue?" Bolt replied as he stuck his tongue out at Clover in a cute way.

Petal sighed and leaned on hana."I wish I could speak pokemon!"

~*Pokemon Talk*~ Clover blushed and giggled. "Blue? It must like like your under water. Like you swimming!" And she started swaying, remembering how being under water looked.
