Exam Part Two

Shi's smile faded. She put on her serious face. *Hmm.........* Shi shed a tear, then returned Furret.

"Milotic, it's up to you." Shi told her Milotic. Milotic looked at Shi lovingly. "Okay, Milotic! Use surf!" Shi mentally thought something.

Milotic used surf and somehow something strange happened. It turned into Whirlpool. It spun around Charmeleon and Chikorita. It did major damage to Charmeleon, who fainted, but little to Chikorita.

This attack decides it, if it hits, I win, if it misses, she wins. . .

"Chikorita, Mega drain!"

Shi gasped. *I'll have to be lucky if it misses!* Shi shed another tear, but toughed up. She thought for a moment.

"Milotic, use whirlpool!" Shi hoped Milotic knew what she meant. Yes, she did. Milotic used whirlpool and surronded itself in water. the mega drain came and hit Milotic right on the head. The whirlpool stopped and dust rose. She looked and Milotic was still standing.

"Yay! Now finish it off with your strongest wrap!" Shi screamed. Milotic wrapped around Chikorita. She was strangling it. Milotic released and the winner was revealed. Chikorita fainted. Shi couldn't believe it.

"Yay!" Shi went over and cuddled Milotic.

Steven is fainting impressed at how good Shi is with her pokemon. He quickly revives his pokemon and puts them back in their pokeballs.

"Shi, do you want a TM? I have one perfect for your Furret."

Steven hands her the TM-Extreme speed. No matter what, the pokemon with that would be the fastest in the fight.

Shi reaturns Milotic into her Pokeball.

"Thanks. For the battle and the TM."

Shi gave Steven a little hug. Then backed away. (Don't get jealous, Doreto)

"So, see ya around." Shi said as she went over to Doreto.

"Hey. Steven. I'll battle you...Choose two of your pokemon.."

Steven gives a small sigh of exasperation. This was like fighting the elite four all over again, no rest.

After having watched Andy's previous fight, he grabs two pokeballs and throws them.

The pokemon that come out are Marshstomp and Charmander.

"Torchic, use dig! Munchlax, tackle the Marshstomp!"

"You ready for that battle?"

"Yep! Two on two?" Shi asked.

Shelly walked to the grasslands, hoping to be assessed in order to get started at the academy. When she saw the battle already in place and that one of them- the teacher, she thought- had a Charmander, she just decided to watch for now.
Maybe I'll learn something new...

Tricks can work twice.

Marshstomp gets tackled, but grabs hold of the Munchlax.

"Seismic toss!" Marshstomp jumps into the air, and slams the Munchlax into the ground.
"Vital throw!" Marshstomp throws Munchlax as far as he can.

Charmander dives into the tunnel after Torchic, and his claws turn to steel as he goes.

"Torchic! Use quick attack to dodge out of the hole, and use fire blast on Charmander! Munchlax, body slam the ground to lessen the damage!"

Charmander relishes the flame as it energizes him. He charges at Torchic and tries to scratch him with his metal claws.

Impressive battle...
She sat down on the ground cross-legged and continued to watch intently.

"Torchic, attack it with scratch! Munchlax, rollout on the Charmander!"

"Houndour, Monferno lets go." Doreto yelled relesing his pokemon.

Shi smiled. She grabbed two Pokeballs.

"Go Milotic! Go Furret!" She braced herself.

"You wanna go first, or me?"

{Fighting Kyogre?}

OOC: No. I'm battling Steven, and she's battling Doreto.

"Go ahead"

Shi thought for a moment. *I got it!*

"Furret, use extreme speed on Houndour." Shi yelled, "And Milotic, use water pulse on Monferno."

Furret hit Houndour, but didn't do much. But Milotic did quite a bit of Damage to Monferno, but they weren't even close to fainting.

Doreto thought for a second. "Monferno, Houndour combine your fire spins at Furret."
They did as they were told but they just barley hit Furret.

Can i join?

"Jeff, I'll battle you."

Andy calls out Munchlax.

"One on one, then?
