Checking up on things anda few surprises....

Darcy stopped less than a milimeter in front of Vanessa. "Hiding behind a woman? You have no honour or dignity do you? Face me like a real man!" Darcy bellowed. Nat and Tala hid behind Narri holding Makoko, they never see him like this or heard him shout.

Vanessa hid her eyes "no need Darcy...." Membrio looked to the wrist he was holding and seen a white cuff bracelet was beginning to flash.he pushed her away from him and sniggered "this is want we wanted to test...."

Darcy gave a growl standing back and leaving Vanessa to her what she was doing.

"so then,you finally decide to show yourself?" Vanessa glared at him "first my son...then my daughter and then my brother....you have no need to pursue them anymore...you're opponent here is ME!!" She snapped as she became hidden in white light

Tala gave a fear filled look as her mother seemed to change before her eyes. Nat closed her eyes and Narri sheathed her sword and Edward and Darcy exchanged glances.

Tala stared in wonder. She looked so different. Narri sat down with Nat and Tala relaxing.

Membrio held a gun up "if you so insist,prepare to lose!" he taunted with a smirk.Vanessa then made two "chainblades" (blades on chains) appeared in her hands "hey,i'm the leader of the white team,i never lose!"

Tala sat amazed. "Leader of the white team that means she must be the strongest..." Tala thought in amazement.

Vanessa charged at Membrio

"She must be confident to run into a fight head first!" Nat thought.

Vanessa almost struck him with the blade in her left hand,but he defended with his hand gun "nice try!"

"Good technique but bad angle. She should also use a distraction as a meathod... If his attention was diverted then she'd win easily." Narri thought in interest observing her attacks. "Also she should be faster, when you can't rely on strength you need to rely I. Speed."

Vanessa kept striking but membrio kept parrying her every stroke

"She has greatly improved. How long should we wait to stop them Darcy?" Edward asked. "Almost there. The fight will end soon." Darcy told him.

vanessa scratched him across the cheek, he smirked a her "hehe,i don't go down so easy!" he said running into the shadows "hey get back here!!" Membrio sneaked up behid her "who says i was leaving?" he taunted before bounding back and managed to shoot her in the leg. Vanessa gasped and knelt,clutching the wound "DAMN!" Membrio moved the gun to her forehead "move and it's game over!" Vanessa froze,arms wrapped around her injured knee

"Yeah and move to pull that trigger it's gameover for you!" Kerri said walking out from behind a tree pointing a Karh k9. Merri came from the other side exactly the same. "Double Trouble."

Vanessa fell back. Membrio just sniggered and pressed a button on his earpiece "i don't think so ladies!" he taunted,he then teleported away

"Damn! Kerri how long until you build that thing which will prevent that?!" Merri groaned putting her gun in her pocket. "Dunno! Maybe never!" Kerri shrugged "Good job girls!" Darcy grinned as Tala went to her mother's side. "Mum are you ok?"

Vanessa looke to Tala with a gentle smile "uh....i'm fine...i think!" she said with an awkward chuckle

Tala gave a giggle hugging her. "It's funny, now we look a lot alike!"

Vanessa nodded then realised something "DRACO!"

Tala stood up with a nod letting out Stripes. "Stripes can you give me and my mum a ride?" Stripes gave a nod. Tala climbed on and turned to Vanessa "Get on we'll get there with Extreme Speed." She then turned to Darcy. "Narri, go to my dorm and check my stuff. I keep a lot of survalence. Nat you show the others to the cafateria and then meet us when I call you."

Vanessa stood up "i dunno.." she said looking to her injury

"Stripes will carry you, all you need to do is be there!" Tala said with a grin. "If you don't wanna come then I'll go without you, I don't mind."
