OOC: you mean the spear pillar? That's already there without palkia (i should know,i've played diamond and it's basically the same story,only the main legendary is dialga rather than palkia)

ooc: ik its already there but at on point during the game palkia is being forced to create a new universe.

OOC: i researched it and apparently it doesn't happen, the thing is though,palkia is the spatial pokemon, what it can do is can move one existing dimension to another, the one that creates a new universe is arceus,but you can't get arceus unless you use cheats or codes

ooc: ??? then what did Cyrus mean by "create a new universe?"

OOC: maybe they meant a new dimension? and wrote universe by mistake? i couldn't tell you
