"I don't need it, my aura is strong! Keep it, just until you're aura can heal!" Tala told her.

Ashley gave her a smile,she wanted to ask her something "two things....1.would you be happy if i kept it and 2.what if i did give it to you?...."

"1. Yes, a gem that makes me stronger wouldn't make me happy, my friends and family are more important! and 2. If you did give it to me I'd be ashamed at myself for allowing you to give me the thing that sucked out your life force...I don't wanna loose my best and closest friend heck, you're my sister and I don't wanna loose my sister!" Tala said with a gemtle smile fighting back some tears.

Ashley held Tala's hand reassuringly "ok,i wo-!" it came off on its own after picking up Tala's aura,Ashley's eyes closed and she fell to the floor,it became unable to tell if she was dead or alive

Tala grabbed the pendant kneeling to Ashley's side

Colin trembled a bit and knelt to beside ashley he felt for a pulse on her wrist

"She's alive but barely...I know a way to help her but..." she trailed off.

Ashley opened her eyes slightly "t-tala? i-is that you?"

Tala looked at her in shock, "Y-yeah it's me!"

she hugged her bes friend "th-thank goodness!"

Tala held the pandant next to Ashley closing her eyes she held her close and their auras began to become visible to even Colin.

Ashley buried her head in her friends shoulder "i'm aways here for you...remember that...."

Tala gave a nod the auras becoming brighter. The pendant began to glow the same colour as both auras. The aura that was the same colour as Ashley's joined her aura and the aura the same colour as Tala's stayed in the pendant as Tala began to shake.

Ashley noticed this "tala!? what's wr-" she noticed the changing auras and tears began to form in her eyes "no...no!" she said,trying to pull away from her riends embrace as she knew she would hurt herself

Ashley's aura was soon whole and Tala finally let go sitting back. "Y-you're fine and..." Tala began lifting the pendant which only glowed Tala's aura now. "You don't have this curse!" she said fainting.

"TALA!!" she caught her friend and held her close.she burst into tears "no way! no way i don't want to cause you pain like this!!!"

Tala stirred slightly showing she was fine just tired.

Ashley picked her up "thank god...."

Tala gave a grumble "I just need some sleep..." she mumbled.

Ashley giggled and headed to her dorm with her

Tala woke up as they got in the dorm. "What happened?" she mumbled.

"Where's that pendant?" she asked a bit worriedly.

Ashley took it out of the front pocket of her bag

Tala took out a box that was made of out a strange wood. "I'm going to put it in here, this is where I keep many dangerous pendants!" she said gently putting it in the box.
