Old rivals

Aaron and his Heracross; Ace walked into the hall taking a look around. He had a moody look on his face as he usually did. Ace stood next to her glum faced trainer admiring the area when he noticed something or someone coming from down the hall.

Tala and Jett were walking about having a wander about when she seen the new faces. She decided to go welcome the strangers walking up behind the boy. "Hi there!" Tala began. Jett walked over to the Heracross. "Bui bui... buiii buizel! (Hey there dude...Waiiit a second I think I know you!)"

Aaron recognized the voice and turned to face the girl it belonged to. "Hey there Tala, long time no see," he said simply. "Hera heracross hera (Yep, I know you Jett, remember me, Ace?)" Ace laughed.

"AARON?! Of all the pokemon academies, in all the world you had to be here!" Tala groaned remembering the boy from Ecruteak. "Bui bui?! (What Ace really dude?)" Jett exclaimed.

"Yeah, where's that mouthy Absol of your's? We have un-finished business!" Aaron said seriously. "Yeah, Aaron decided to come here... 'cuz," Ace replied.

"She is having a nap, so if you don't mind I'd like you to leave!" Tala hissed. Jett turned to the Heracross in question. "What happened last time they seen each other?" the sea weasel asked.

"Getting old is she?" Aaron chuckled. Ace just gave a sigh at how pathetic their trainers were being. "Last time they had an argument, decided to settle it with a Pokemon battle me against Instinct, and it ended in a draw so now he wants to settle the argument by winning this time..." the single horn pokemon sighed.

"...You're pathetic making comments on a pokemon or person you haven't seen in over a year, and isn't present to defend themself!" Tala said taking a deep breathe, crossing her arms and leaning back. Jett just smiled at how his advice to 'chill out' was working. "Buizel bui Buizel... (And that's what you call chilling out...)" Jett said mirroring his trainer pose.

Aaron surprised that Tala wasn't shouting at him picked up his bag and walked away saying "Whatever!". Ace let out a sigh "Hera hera heracross cross hera! (Sorry Jett gotta keep up with him, even if he does argue!)" he said catching up with his trainer.

Ashley walked past but stopped when she seen Aaron and slightly glared at him "you to know each other?" "vaguely... just a WEAKLING rival of Tala's!" she turned to face Tala and walked towards her "whadya mean by weakling?" skitty asked "meh we took him down no probs, remember?" "ooooooh, that dude!"

"Yeah, but it was me, you Instinct and Skitty...I can sense he's improved in more than one way..." Tala said worriedly as she had caught what she had said. "Bui buizel zel? (Uh can someone fill me in here?)" Jett asked.

Skitty jumped down from Ashley's shoulder "well, that guy's Tala's rival from way back!"

"Bui zel zel! Bui buizel bui buizel? (I know that much! But why ar they rivals?)" Jett asked niievely. "I can sense an old power that's gotten powerful..." Tala said still watching where Aaron had left.

"that i don't know..." Ashley looked to Tala "just as long as he doesn't start getting on your nerves..."

"He doesn't just get on my nerves," Tala began turning to Ashley. "He- his aura...it frightens me...it almost too powerful!" she said her eyes showing her fear.
"Bui buiel bui bui! (It must be something hey skitty I have an idea!)" Jett exclaimed.

Ashley looked at Tala... she had no idea what to say to her. skitty walked closer to buizel "ok, shoot!"

"Bui buizel bui bui....BUIZEL ZEL ZEL BUIZEL! (We will be like Instinct and....INVESTIGATE WHY THEY ARE RIVALS BY IRRITATING EVERYONE TILL WE KNOW!)" Jett said pulling out a magnifing glass from Tala's bag. Tala, looked at the Sea weazel pokemon and gave a weak giggle before turning glum..

Ashley put a hand on Tala's shoulder "if there's anything i can do, let me know.." "hmmm... well i am interested... but i'm not exactly the instinct type!" she said,laughing. ashley looked at her pokegear "i better go.... breeder class.. come on, skitty!" skity smiled at jett and followed ashley.

OOC: it just dawned on me that i won't see you till rome's over ^_^'

"I'll do that.........Since when did I have a magnifying glass in my bag....?" Tala asked looking her normal self. Jet shrugged his shoulders and put the magnifying glass back. "Bui bui zel buizel! (Your bag not mine!)" Jett said as the two walked to class.

Red was walking across and saw a semi-sad Tala "You ok Tala?"

"Huh? Yeah, just thinking! Heh!" she said with a fake smile.

Tala?? whats upprrrrr red stops as his rival Elise walks by

Tala stiffened at the sight of Elise, Jett just gave a bit of a glare at her.

"Yeah, not long ago either..." Tala said thinking of just a few minutes ago when she was talking to Aaron at the entrance.
