The School Contest Tournament

Tehy were called to the stage and Tala walked to one side.

Amelie stood set for the Double Battle bout to take place

"Instinct, Jett it's time to shine!" Tala called as the Disaster and Sea weasel pokemon jumped into the ring.

"Espeon and Umbreon lets go"Espeon and Umbreon appeared ready to battle "Five minutes on the clock...........BEGIN!"

"Jett, use Water Gun on Umbreon and Instinct use Future sight then Razor wind go!" Tala called. The pokemon done as they were told. Instinct's eyes and horn began to glow, Razor wind flew towards Espeon as Jett used a fast moving water guun.

"Espeon NOW"Espeons Double team disapeared as Espeon re-appeared next to Absol and used Psybeam


Amelie - 100%
Tala - 97%

"If you pay any attention in battle you know Psychic type moves have no effect on dark type pokemon! Jett use Water Gun up the way and Instinct jump on it, then Jett you know what to do!" Tala called. Jett used a full power Water gun facing the roof and Instinct jumped on it making the Absol airborn as she used Razor Wind on Umbreon then Jett Used Surf.

"Oh No!! Umbreon!!" Umbreon used Shadow claw on the razor wind and used the explosion to get to Absol as Umbreon used Thunder Fang

Amelie - 90%
Tala - 86%

Surf became a big wave and Jett swam in it as Instinct landed on Jett's back riding him like a surf board. Instinct then used an all out Attract sending hearts all around the stadium as the water crashed into anything on the field.

Ubreon used started spinning quicly to save his friend Espeon who had become unable to battle Umbreon then started using Shockwave on the Wetted Ground making it a fainting floor Umbreon jumped on the scaffolding and got set

OOC but IC: if ur pokemon touches the floor its gonna get a nasty shock so be careful

Amelie - 43%
Tala - 80%

Instinct threw Jett into the air before land on the ground where she could barely stand due to the shock. Just then the energy from Future Sight came hurdling towards Umbreon from behind and Jett used Sonic Boom from the front.

Umbreons suprise move of Double team that was used earlier as Umbreon satyed on another peice of scaffolding "Shadow ball on Jett" Ubreons Shadow ball moves fast

Jett twirled in circles using Water Gun and Sonic Boom to destroy the Shadow Ball attack and landed on Instinct's back jumping in to the air with another Sonic Boom Water Gun combo being thrown at Umbreon Double Teams to destroy them until only the real Umbreon was left.

Alight flows through the air showing the contrast of Light and Darkness "Times Up and the winner is...........

Amelie - 21%
Tala - 53%

"Tala she moves to the final 4!!!"

Amelie fell to the floor in defeat

Tala ran over to Instinct giving her a Cheri Berry to eat to cure her paralyzis before catching Jett in her arms. "You guys are SO amazing!" Tala hugging them bother before walking over to Amelie and offering her a hand. "You guys were also amazing, but this isn't a time to be crushed. This is a time to learn and you and your pokemon have helped me learn a lot in this battle, thank you." she said.

Amelie though looking down in the dumps smiled and said "Its ok espeon and umbreon did their best and hey my bros a touger challenge if you face him"

"It would be an honor to face him if he's as good as you then I'll be able to learn a lot. Do you wanna hand and we can both walk through heads held high?" Tala offered.

Amelie nodded as they both walked to the room Amelie hugged Red and vice versa just as that happened Elise came back from her match "Elise won hers as well Tala be careful she is tough and she is also your next battle"

"I'll try to beat her but this is our first tournament so I can't promise anything." Tala said watching Elise.

"You can try all you want i wont lose" Red looked mad at her as she said it

"Don't get smart no-one knows the end redsult until the game is played!" Tala growled. Instinct growled at Elise and Jett ignored her as if she didn't exist.

Leon looked over watching before chuckling as his performance was clearly good enough to earn him second place and therefore he'd believe that this would will be a simple match when the time came around for it knowing exactly who he'd be using and how he'd be winning.

(Guys you two are fast and always on together so I am generally caught out when waiting because normally I have school when you two are on)

Tala went over to Leon to congratulate him. "Hey you done great, I wish I was half as good!" she said gleefully.

OOC: I sometimes answer during break and lunch but I didn't today because I was off school.

Leon smiled back and replied "Yeah well you did great too making it through in the top 8 and then winning your battle right... We all know this is gonna be a close competition" he the pushed his hair back from his eyes and awaited a reply.

"I think it's beginner's luck, this being my first tournament and all!" She blushed. Jett leaned against her side arms folded trying to look cool. "I'm glad that I did this though it's a great oppertunity to learn, don't you think?"
