A bit of training

Tala ran around the lake in a track suit with her loyal Absol; Instinct running at her side. A Buizel swam in the lake edge next to them. "A few more laps and we can start of Instinct's type disadvantage, then on Jett's new move!" Tala called to the pokemon. A Shiny Mienshao sat in the shade of a nearby tree watching their warm up when it seen a figure in the shadows making the Martial Arts pokemon unsettled. The Shiny Mienshao stood prepareing an Aura Sphere.

Red moved along with his Blaziken and Aipom and watched from the tree that mienshao was near

The Shiny Mienshao released the Aura Sphere at Blaziken, Tala seen it out of the corner of her eye, "Molly don't do that! Look out!" Tala called cutting their warm up short to run over to them.

Blaziken used blaze kick to stop it in its path "Its OK Tala"

"I know but she shouldn't just attack someone, Merri taught you better!" Tala groaned. "So what are you up to?"

"I came to see how you guys were doing"

"Well, it took me longer than I thought to find Instinct so we've just finished a warm up," Tala said as Instinct and the Buizel; Jett caught up. "Warm up? WARM UP? That was exhausting!" instinct yelled telepathically. "Bui-buizel! (You're outta shape girl!)" Jett laughed.

"I couldnt have been that exusting instinct and yes i can read your thoughts" Red smiled

"He's smart I can use telepathy..." Instinct whispered. "Zel? (You can?)" Jett said sarcastically. "Break it up you two, Molly go with Instinct and help her build up her defense with fighting type moves, Jett you stay here with me," giving them their instructions the girls went off to somewhere quiet.

"Yup, recently Jett here learn a move that might be effective on Gallade although most of his kind can't learn it" Tala said petting Jett on the head.

"If I said now it wouldn't be a surprise" Tala said tapping the side of her nose with her finger. "Besides we got to train his other moves, like Surf, Sonic Boom and Water Gun" "Bui Bui(Well that's true...)"
