A deep sigh escaping her lips, the 16-year-old made hwe way slowly through the academy doors, her Jolteon just behind her. Katniss Everdeen was a tribute in the Hunger Games just weeks before. She had won them, with her partner Peeta. Katniss was expecting a call from him any time now. They weren't dating, but they loved eachother....kissed during the Games...the feeing of the baker's son's lips were still tingling on hers, even though it was weeks, almost a month, prior to her recent arrival.

Katniss Everdeen shook the thought out of her head as she started down the hall.

Tristan walked along the corridors, and he caught sight of a girl a few years older than him. She had Long brown hair and wore a gold pin that he just had to go and look at.

He walked up to her and put his hand out. "Hi! I'm Tristan, nice to meet you!"

(hope you don't mind me mentioning the mockingjay pin xD)

Katniss paused and her grey eyes drifted from the hallway before her to a boy walking over to her with his arm outstretched, "Oh, hey." She replied, grasping his hand tightly in hers and giving it one fair shake.

"Katniss Everdeen." Katniss said. She noticed that he was staring at her chest. An annoyed huff escaped her lips, then she realized he was just gazing at her mockingjay pin, "Oh...I got that from my District." She said simply, not interested in explaining something he didn't know. Unless he had watched the Games on TV.

Catnip. That's what her best friend, Gale, had called her when they first met. He still calls her that as a joke, "K-a-t-n-i-s-s." She repeated, a tad bit agravated. When his second question hit her ears, "Thank you. Ever seen the Hunger games?" She quizzed, interested to see if the younger boy had, indeed, seen her before.

Katniss rolled her eyes, grey as a foggy morning. Obviously this boy hadn't seen the deadly games. It wasn't a surprise, really. He did go to this...'Pokemon' school-thing. Katniss didn't even know about Pokemon until her best friend, Gale, had given her Cascade, her Jolteon, "No. Not a cooking show." She said flatly, not even aknowledging his joke, "It's an annual game. Basically, you fight till the death." Simple as that. Katniss Evergreen wasn't going to waste her time explaining something this boy obviously didn't care much about.

Red came walking through the halls with his bow set he made during his journeys through other reigions it had blood on it but not his own red couldnt look at it due to his past he walks past the group
