Summer Music

Ashley was nearby on the branch of a tree though with his own guitar and Espeon was laying on the branch a bit further along as Ashley began to play the guitar perfectly in tune with a composition of his own making playing it loud enough to be heard by the girls but in tune so it sounded right with a good tune to it. Ashley however didn't realize the others were nearby continuing play the melody for himself and Espeon who was quite content with it.

Espeon caused a rustle in the tree they were in with her tail and Ashley continued to play humming along to it Espeon closing her eyes and listening intently.

They would have just seen through the leaves Ashley sitting there guitar in lap playing with Espeon resting on the branch him still too entangled in his music to notice her.

Harley heard the obvious shouts of a Floatzel and he looked up. He wasn't much of a musicion but he had heard some... bad music... and some good music too. He stood up and pushed past some overgrowth where he saw Hana, Emily and Emily's Floatzel. What was she yelling at? He looked over at the tree. He didn't see anything he walked out.

"Hey Hana, Emily."

Harley looked at the Guitar then Hana.

"Do you play?" He looked at Zella go into the tree confused.

Ashley then heard the voices and stopped playing putting his guitar in it's case and climbing down Espeon jumping aswell landing beside him they stood there and looked across seeing the people not knowing whether they heard him or not he said "oh hey..." not knowing what he should follow up with but resting on the decision to introduce himself "the names Ashley, Ashley Rio nice to meet you and this is Espeon" he held out his hand politely.

Ashley withdrew his hand and looked around for some means of escape from the awkward silence but first asking "and then your names are...." trying to be polite and looking to Zella smiling and being friendly.

"nice to meet you so you heard the music?" Ashley asked slightly curious as to whether his softer side had became known.

Ashley let out a sigh of relief that they hadn't heard his softer side saying "oh ok yeah well it's only natural for pokemon to become curious about that sorta thing" he looked to them and asked "so what were you two doing anywhere before you were distracted?" rather curiously.

Ashley nodded saying "nice one I mean playing the guitar can just help you get away from it all so yeah" he tugged onto the guitar in it's case on his back looking to Espeon who was rubbing up against his legs knowing he himself wasn't much of a teacher he said "right well...." not knowing what to say but at least he knew his secret about his softer side was safe he looked to the floor then back to her going "yeah well anyway I better start making my way home" looking a bit suspicious he placed his hands into his pockets clearly holding something it being his plectrum but not able to be seen by others he just clutched it and walked slowly towards the lake as the waterfall where his hut was is nearby hoping they wouldn't stop him to ask about his hut behind the waterfall or what he was holding or anything skulking off suspiciously towards the lake with Espeon at his side.

And with that Ashley was gone but not home he had found another tree and was right back to playing his guitar waiting for the sun to lower on the horizon and the landscape to show it's magnificent golden coat.

Harley jus stared.

"Well... that was about as odd as when Pa got shocked by lightning and landed threw our neighbors roof." Harley recalled the experience and shuddered as he remembered his father had landed in the bathroom at the time the wife of the couple was bathing herself.
