the big tournement(open)

Comy walked onto the battle grounds and heard the cheers of the crowd around her.
"AND NOW,COMY WILL BATTLE WITH(anyone who wants to be the trainer is totally welcome.it is the third match of round one)

Ashley walked out onto the field noticing this as the girl from earlier he grinned Espeon also revealed herself coming out from behind his legs she walked onto the field and looked to Comy. Ashley called over "so we meet again let's make this a good one for the crowd plus seen as I only have one pokemon this is a 1 on 1 battle" he grinned again awaiting her pokemon to step out onto the field.

She grinned and nodded"Let's give it all we got."She thought for a second,"Go!Noctowl!"She threw out noctowls ball and the pokeon grinned as she remembered Ashley breifley.

Ashley sent Espeon straight into the heat of battle as she normally did using a powerful Swift attack spinning so it flew at Noctowl from all angles.

"Noctowl,teleport!"Comy cried,thinking fast.the pokemon teleported behind espeon"NOW!"Comy cried.noctowl used phsybeam

The attack by Noctowl failed as it couldn't teleport (looked it up on the bulbapedia ) which meant the move by Espeon hit hard and Espeon then used a quick attack forcing herself into the air with speed and when right above Noctowl literally centimeter's away she used another swift attack.

"Noctowl double team and NOW use phsybeam!"Comy said.The noctowl did it and the swift hi the wrong one.then she used phsybeam.

Espeon back-flipped avoiding the Psybeam and using a Swift attack on the real one which she knew was the real one cause it fired the real attack.

"Noctowl,use you'r confusion reflect combo!"The pokemon used reflect,increasing it's defense after doging the move and then used confusion.(I have a guid with all learnable moves for noctowl so you don hafta go to bulkapidia anymore)

(I know I only use it when i'm suspicious of a move)
Espeon quickly rolled aside seeing the confusion lift rocks from the floor she used swift on them knocking them towards Noctowl then followed it up with another swift attack at Noctowl from the other direction it eventually began circling Noctowl at high speed Espeon then used Quick attack ramming the swift stars in at Noctowl going towards it from all directions, Espeon quickly followed it up with a Confusion attack on Noctowl in case it escaped so it was planned for any situation at all.

Comy wasn't giving up,"Noctowl,fly up and use you're bad dream combo!"Noctowl flew up and used hipnoses anddream eater at the same time.

Espeon however had used Confusion above the move so as soon as Noctowl flew up it was caught in it and the Hypnosis was reversed back on it, it falling asleep and obviously can't eat it's own dreams. Espeon then threw it to the ground with the Confusion attack and ran over to it using a Quick attack and Swift attack spinning it acted as a Circular Saw on the poor defenseless Noctowl which was fast asleep.

Noctowl was on the ground.it was hit by the attack and awakened."Noctowl,you can do it!Use bad dream combo again!"Noctowl then used hipnoses and dreameater at the same time,having been nocked out of confushion when awakened.

Espeon rolled out of the way of the emanating hypnosis attack and span again before using Confusion on Noctowl at Close range following up with the Swift Circle attack Swift surrounding Noctowl and once again rushing in from all directions going towards Noctowl inside of it. Espeon once again back it up by focusing the Confusion to block off the bottom exit with a pillar of rock Espeon pulled up and out of the ground Espeon then Focused Confusion again on above the circle to catch Noctowl again if it tries escaping the top way once again all exits were blocked it being clear Espeon has done this before.

Comy crossed her fingers and,thinking please let this work over andover again,said,"Noctowl!
I knowwe haven't worked on it alot but....use toxic confushion cobonation(oooh that gotta ring to it)"the noctowl used confsion on the stars,moving them out of the way and towards espeon,who notises that noctowl had used toxic onthem.

Espeon had already used Confusion herself and caught Noctowl in it so Espeon pulled Noctowl in front with Confusion and Noctowl took the full force of the Toxic stars. Ashley laughed watching it saying "Yeah that's the way we do it!". Espeon then used Swift on the defenseless Noctowl they also got turned Toxic and headed for the obviously weak from the attacks Noctowl.

"Noctowl,use fly!"Noctowl flew up,doging the stars andflew down threw them while spinning,ubsorbing them she looked like a sooting purple and yellow star headed straight for Espeon.

(The attack wouldn't work as I said 2 things: first you pokemon was caught in confusion, second your pokemon would be majorly weak and not really a thing but Noctowl would become close to fainting as although it absorbed the stars it would still take major damage from the pointy toxic stars)

Espeon rolled aside as Noctowl was bound to be weak and was slow Espeon after rolling speedily used Confusion on Noctowl's side in an attempt to send it flying into a rock sticking out of the ground.

Noctowl hit the rock and fainted.the referee said,"And espeon is the winner!So the one who will continue to the next round is Ashley!NOw,acording to the board,he will nattle.......Misty,the water tpe trainer!Tomorrow it will all take place,right here at the PTA Collisim!"


At the poke center that night,Comy greeted Ahley after healing her noctowl."Good game today."she said

Ashley had just healed Espeon aswell and looked to Comy nodded and smiled saying "thanks you too" he then looked around and headed out into the forest where he went to his hut behind the waterfall and slept for the night returning to the Colosseum in the morning ready and raring, refreshed for the next battle.

Comy was in the entrence to the collisium opposite his with Misty,her good friend and cousin.
"C'mon,S.B.Tell me what pokemon you're gonna use!"mISTY SHOOK HER HEAD,"Nope.you'll just have to wait and see."So comy agreed and went to her seat on the front row with the other competeters.

Ashley heard their names called and grinned walking out onto the field with Espeon at his side, Espeon then walked out and was ready after a long night of research on this Misty girl knowing all of her pokemon and all of her possible combinations he was ready to go and this clearly shined through in his personality smiling to the audience and awaiting Misty.

"Go,Blastoise!"Misty said as she trew out Blastois's pokeball.(I kinda lost my platinum and hartgold pokemon guides)the match was started.

Ashley nodded to Espeon who used an immediate Swift attack on Blastoise which deliberately missed but curled around heading for Blastoise's back whilst Espeon tried distracting Blastoise with a Confusion attack on it heavily aiming for the front.

"Use head bash!"Misty cried,blastios shot up into it's shell,charging power.the swift attack hit the back of the shell without harmin him and the confusion lifted him into the air in front of the pokemon.
