| No it isn't legendaries don't have previous forms. And the whole manaphy and Phione thing is an exception and even then Phione doesn't evolve so, Zorua and Zoruark are not legendaries. This is just like the Lucario thing from years ago. Lucario has a pre evolution. And Zoruark does. Neither of them are legendaries. So I dont want to sound mean at all I'm justing saying. | |
