Bio: Scarlett is from Fallarbor Town, Hoenn. She lives with her mother, Tabetha, and her little sister, Ever.
Scarlett befriended her first pokemon, an Electrike, when she and her mother were going home from their fornightly trip to Slateport City. She saved it from being beaten by a Team Aqua grunt. She grew very close with it and tried releasing it after it was fully healed but it wanted to stay with her so she put it into a pokeball and kept it.
She has two other pokemon, a Skitty and a Snorunt, but decided to only bring her Manectric, as it was her first pokemon.
Personaltity: Scarlett isn't a very social person so she isn't very friendly and is pretty judgemental. She doesn't talk much and usually stays away from people and usually goes on walks with her pokemon. Scarlett loves her pokemon dearly and tries to train hard with them. She wants to study hard at all typed of battling at the academy so she can travel the world and beat all the leagues. Her whole life shes dreamed of becoming a gym leader or a part of the elite four so she tries her hardest in all her classes.

Scarlett has red hair (like her name lol), light blue eyes. She wears a pastel blue shirt and black denim jeans with two black fingerless gloves. Her left glove is a normal, black fingerless glove and her right glove is also a fingerless glove but is a fish net glove that goes a few centimetres above her wrist.
