"Thats ok" "Im sure Charmander will like it."
Unwrapping it, he gave the sandwich to Charmander
"He always likes people food better for some reason"

"I always like pokemon food beter it just tastes better you should try some."

Jordan raised his eyebrow once more at sam
"Well you are just full of suprises arent you?" he asked with a grin
"What does it taste like?"

Cassie cringed.
"Pokemon food? Yuck."

"Depends what you get but most of it tastes like chicken."

Cassie laughed.

The cubone got bored and left. Doreto and Houndour crashed down. "We're okay!"

Jordan laughed
"Are you sure? You hit the ground pretty hard"

Cassie shouted slightly and ran over to Hounour. She started inspecting him. After she was finished, she let out a sigh of relief.
"He's fine."

"We're tough right?!?!" Doreto said looking at Houndour who gave a strong nod.

"Im not so sure tough is the word i would call it" said Jordan smiling as he walked over to Doreto and helped him to his feet

Ninetails came over and nudged Cassie then looked at Houndour. A smile crossed her face.
"Ninetails wants to race your Houndour."
Vaporeon was napping nearby, and Ninetails wasn't done showing off.

Jordan cracked a smile and looked at Doreto
"Sounds like a challenge to me bro" he said

Cassie laughed and shook her head.
"Hey, it wasn't my idea."

"You up for it Houndour?"
Houndour looked up at him and nodded.

"Alright, then."
Cassie chuckled when she saw Ninetails draw a small line in the sand.

Jordan sat down at the base of the tree
"Oh this should be good"

Ninetails stood behind the line and waited for Houndour to do the same. Cassie took a seat leaning against a large boulder.
"Yeah, I wonder who'll win," she said to Jordan, "Both of them look pretty tired."

"I'll put my money on ninetails. She's got longer legs" Jordan replied
Reaching into his pack he took out a drink container
"Cant watch a race without grape koolaid" he said smiling

"Haha verrrry funny Jordan!" Houndour stepped up and took a deep breath.

"Ninetails is a he, actually." Cassie laughed. "He only looks girly 'cause I groom him a lot."

Jordan blushed a little out of embarrassment
"Oops. My bad"
Taking a look at ninetails
"He looks great though. You did a great job" he said giving her one of his trademark smiles

"It's cool. A lot of people make that mistake."
She smiled back.
"Thanks. I take pride in the appearance of my Pokemon."
Cassie looked over at Vaporeon.
"But some of the refuse to be groomed."

"I know the feeling all too well." Doreto remembered when he first got Vigoroth when he was just a slakoth.
