off to pokecity!

"The wheel has almost completely busted, I'll be back later, I'm still expecting to get an ear bashing on the pokegear!" Tala said with a giggle walking out of the shop once she was outside she let her Absol out of her pokeball then walking off.

"Hold on just a minute!" Nick took out a screwdriver "it's not busted! Just really loose that's all!" He said, fixing it easily with the screwdriver "there!"

Tala shook her head she was really trying to get away to go to the hairdressers. "Yeah thanks but the wheel is almost worn down do I might as well go get it fixed up!" then turning to Ashley. "Besides, Nat and Narri are here and they have something for me!" she said showing her a message on her pokegear.

Ashley looked at her watch "André, we might as well get going, the race starts in 15 minutes, Reddy and Tina'll be waiting!" André stood up and nodded as elsie got her bag and walked out with Nick and André "catch ya later Tala!" Ashley called to her,running out to catch the others

It was just before the race, Tala's skateboard and equipment was fine but Instinct was in her pokeball and Tapa as freaking out.

the speakers beeped"would all contestants please proceed to the starting line,thank you!" Ashley seen Tala and gave her a thumbs up "you'll be fine!" She said, giving Tala a quick hug

Just then Nat came over giving Tala a pokeball and then going with Narri to sit bext to Ashley. "You realise she was freakibg out because Instinct was too hurt to race and had to make a substitute?" Nat asked as Tala got ready she still hadnt let the Pokemon out of the pokeball yet.

"ah..." Ashley looked to the starting line. A young girl about the same age as Ashley skided onto the line in her black and silver roller skates with her jolteon on a lead "TINA! SZIA APA!!" Ashley shouted with a giggle. Tina looked up to her and waved with both arms "szia te kicsim!!!" She shouted. A young boy then took ashley by surprise "RAH!" "REDDY!" Ashley gave him a hug as he sat down "who's the new duo?" He asked looking to Nat and Narri

Nat gave him a warm smile and Narri have him an icy glare. "Hi, I'm Nat the witch and this is my silent sister Narri the ninja, nice to meet you!" She said cheerily as Tala let out a big Arcanine with red eyes. Tala put one end of the leash onto his collar, whispering something into its ear before getting onto her skateboard holding the other end of the leash. The passion in the arcanine's eyes were very visible and the adoration for its trainer was equally as string.

Reddy gave nat a calm smile"the name's Red, the pleasure's all mine!" He shook nat's hand




at the starting line:
"mehetünk?"(meaning "ready to go?) Tina asked the jolteon. It nodded it's head as tina secured her shoulder,elbow and knee pads

Nat nervously as she didn't like to shake people's hands. "I wonder what Tala said to Stripes? He adores her so much he'd do anything for her but still she must've said something very inspiring 'cuz he's got one powerful fore in 'is eyes!" Nat said voicing Narri's thoughts. It was true the Arcanine had a powerful fire in his eyes as he prepared to make a mad dash across the starting line.

"i warn you though,Nat, Tina's amazingly fast and her Jolteon is so well trained!" Ashley stood up "GOOD LUCK GUYS!!!" she shouted

At the starting line:
the speakers beeped "may i remind you that only racers,first aid and racing officials may enter the track for the duration of the race,thank you... Racers ready." Tina's jolteon got into position "3,2,1 GO!" Barely a millisecond after that, Tina was of faster than the speed of light

Tala and Stripes were soon neck and neck with Tina and her Jolteon. "Hi there you must be Ashley's friend Tina! I'm Tala her friend from Ecruteak and may I say may the best racer win!" Tala shouted so she could hear her. Stripes began to look bored at running at this speed.

With Nat and the others:
"Don't under estimate Stripes, that is the kinds of speeds he was able to run at as a hatchling and he learned Extreme Speed as a Growlithe, he's special and even without Tala being there he trains hard everyday to be faster. He's also determined to make her smile!" Nat explained watching intently as Stripes grinned at the Jolteon playfully.

The jolteon grinned back and Tina gave Tala a determined smile "we'll talk after the race k?" She winked at her. Jolteon stormed ahead and turned a corner, Tina took a deep breath and speeded round a sharp turn and was soon far ahead of the other racers

Stripes slowed down slightly as they turned the corner and sped up until they were neck and neck with Tina again. Many racers that turned the corner quickly fell of their boards as they weren't well balanced.

With Nat and the others:
"She took a cautious approach, she must have been unsure about her balance... But she is definetly being slow deliberately!" Nat said firmly.

Tina smiled devilishly "sorry Tala but that's the oldest trick in the book!" She shouted to her and speeded ahead. they were almost at the finish line after five minutes of being caight up and speeding ahead "already!? Oh well!" She said to her self as she speeded ahead and crossed the finish line "and four time champion,Tina Szabo grasps her fifth title!" Tina smiled sympathetically as Tala was near "sorry Tala, but they don't call me "the definition of speed" for nothin!" Her jolteon jumped into her arms and cuddled into her "koszotöm, Brianita! Igallad!"

When Stripes stopped he turned to Tala with a defeated look in his eyes. "Arc Arcanine arc arc canine nine arc...(I'm sorry I'm slow, I should have went all out but I didn't an disappointed you I'm sorry...)" he whined lowly. Tala gave him a big hu then kissed his forehead. "Yeah, im a little disappointed but it's not your fault! 'Cuz you tried and I'm proud of that!" she said making his eyes full of his happy adoration again. [clir=red]"Hey, Tina watch out cuz we're hot on your heels an we'll soon pass you by, that I promise!"[/color] Tala told her confidently.

Tina petted stripes and gave him a sympathetic smile "don't you feel bad! You were no less than wonderful!" "will all players competing in the solo race please come to the starting line!" "oh,that's me! See ya later tala!" Tina raced off to the starting line and put Brianita in her pokeball

Little did she know but Tala had entered herself in every race she could enter. Atlfter putting Stripes into a pokeball she joined Tina at the starting line. "hello stranger!" she said getting ready to dash off.

Tina smiled. Draco slinked beside her on his skateboard and smirked at Tala

Tala gave an angry glare as the starting bell went and Tala was off with one thing in her mind 'I have to beat Draco!'

Tina was,of course, way ahead and didn't think anything of draco. They got to about halfway, draco came to beside !ina "right, let's get rid of competition!" He said so quietly that Tina couldn't hear him she raised an eyebrow at him she was just about to turn her head when Draco "accidently" ramed into her so hard that she went flying. She banged against the side wall "TINA!!!!!" Ashley shouted from the audience. The first aiders carried her off of the track. The speakers beeped "Tina Szabo has been injured and is unable to continue." Ashley,Nick,André,Elsie and Reddy left the audience to go and see Tina in first aid. Draco chuckled quietly and skated ahead

Tala's board was so quiet he didn't hear her pull up ahead slightly. She was determined to beat Draco because at that Monet in time nothing would give her more pleasure than beating him. She made her stature small and less wind resistant which wasn't hard as she was naturally small and light allowing her extra speed.

Draco speeded ahead ands crossed the finish line literally 1 second before Tala,keeping in mind that the solo race track is a lot smaller than the other tracks. The speakers beeped "and the winner is, draco redgrave!" The officials checked the video and declared the situation with tina an accident

Tala let out Stripes to stroke his mane so as to calm down. "Redgrave huh? Well e deserves to be buried in one!" she grumbled quietly so only Stripes could hear her. Stripes became concerned about her but remained still until she led him to where Tina was after lifting her skateboard.
