Getting some practice...

Tala sat at the foot of the volcano with her Absol and Meowth at her side. Instinct curled up to relax and Band sat with a goffey smile on his face. Tala then pulled a gold coloured transverse flute out of her bag it had the image of Ho-Oh on one side of the head joint of the flute and Lugia on the other. Taking a deep breathe Tala began to play 'Somewhere over the Rainbow' by Harold Arlen.

Red stood hidden from her he knew that Instinct would not care much as to him being here Red had his guitar on him due to the peak of the volcano was his training area so he played it quietly in sync with Tala

Band coil hear something other than Tala's flute and went to investigate. Following his ears he sat in front of Red with a goofey look on his face.

Red tried not to laugh at the face

"Nya" Band yawned scratching his back ear with his back foot like a dog.

Red patted his head and continued playing lagging a bit behind Tala

Tala stopped playing the flute noticing the feline was missing. "Instinct can you go find Band? That cat'll cause mayhem if he's alone too long!" she asked. With a nod Instinct went off to find the scratch cat pokemon.

Red noticed Instinnct and waved

The Absol walked over giving band a very unamused look. "Band you know She's not going to be happy if you've caused more trouble!" Instinct groaned. Band just nodded his head smiling like a chessa cat.

Red let Band on his arm and walked to Tala

Dropping her flute Tala began to blush "You didn't hear me did you?" she asked being very embarrassed as she doesn't let many people hear her play the flute.

Red nodded "Im suprised you didnt hear me"

Tala took out some earplugs she was wearing. "I don't like to hear myself play so I wear these," she explained.

Red just nodded

Tala put her flute in her bag, Band then jumped off Red's arm and Tala caught him in her arms. "I hope he didn't cause you any problems, I know he's the scratch cat pokemon but to be honest he's more of a disaster pokemon than an Absol!" Tala said with a giggle.

Red just laughed as he walked to Absol petting her

Instinct let Red pet her then walked over to Tala.

Red just looked at Tala "So you ever been to the top of the Volcano?"

"I've never been to the top of any Volcano never mind this one," Tala said honestly.

Red walked up "C'mon"

"Uh, ok..." Tala said following Red up the mountain.

As they got to the top the air was as clear as anything

Tala took a deep breath noting how fresh it was, Band jumped from her shoulder to sitting on Instinct's back making the disaster pokemon very annoyed.

"Really, that'll be a first for Instinct if that true," Tala sniggered as Instinct gave her a very unamused glare.
